The ACR 200 Onion Heel is a mixed-application shoe from the French ACR range, combining protective, orthopaedic and sporting roles in a single 10mm-thick pattern. Two wide onion heels increase the area of support under the rear part of the foot, protecting the heels and limiting how far the back of the foot sinks into the ground. The updated sports profile makes the 200 suitable for competition work across show jumping, eventing and dressage, and it is a valuable option for preventing and managing low, painful heels as well as navicular-type conditions in sport horses that will not tolerate an egg bar. Fitted with two quarter clips of thin section, and designed to be nailed with E-Slim nails.
