The Colleoni Flat Heart Bar is a steel therapeutic heart bar shoe used in the management of laminitis and flat, weak feet. By recruiting the frog into weight bearing alongside the wall, the shoe partly mimics the loading pattern of the unshod foot and restores a more natural distribution of force across the back of the foot.
