Colleoni Roller Spider Egg Bar

The Colleoni Roller Spider Egg Bar pairs a roller-motion ground surface with a spider plate on an egg bar pattern. The rolled surface reduces torque and shear force as the foot rolls over, restricting supination of the limb, while the egg bar extends support behind the heels. Spider plate shoes act as stabilisers for weak heels, sheared heels and feet prone to prolapse of the solar arch and frog, transferring compressive weight-bearing force to the outer rim of the shoe and converting it into tensile force around the capsule. The plate can also be used to apply frog support to help re-establish normal physiology. The Shoeing Lab recommends using Glue-U pour-in 20 or 30 shore hoof packing silicones beneath the plate.
