Purpose-matched drill bits for fitting TFP tungsten road pins to horseshoes. The bits come in two sizes - one for the 4.3 mm pins and one for the 5.1 mm pins - and are deliberately ground slightly undersize to ensure the pin drives into a snug, secure fit. A lubricant is recommended when drilling to prevent overheating and prolong the life of the bit, particularly when working through harder shoe sections.
