EasyCare Stud Insert, Short 3/8"

The EasyCare Short 3/8" Stud Insert is a threaded insert that can be fitted to any EasyShoe, allowing standard 3/8" screw-in studs to be used with EasyCare's urethane shoe range. It gives farriers a straightforward way to add adjustable traction to glue-on and composite shoeing packages for horses competing on grass or working in variable conditions. Inserts are installed using the EasyCare Stud Insert Installation Kit (sold separately), which includes the countersink bit, punch and wrench required to seat the insert correctly in the shoe.
