The EDSS Multi Purpose Black Hoof Pad is an extremely durable, hard flat plate, 3/16" thick, with almost unlimited uses in remedial and everyday shoeing. Its rigid structure is ideal for feet that need static support against a descending pedal bone (PIII) and maximum protection from returning ground forces. The pads can also be used with 3/8" bolts to build a customised hospital plate, giving quick access to the sole for treatment while maintaining full protection. Commonly used in combination with EDSS/TFP impression material for sole support. Four sizes are available, measured by width at the widest point: M (135 mm), L (145 mm), XL (155 mm) and XXL (165 mm).
