The EDSS Plastic Wedge Rails are wedge-shaped components that attach to the branches of a shoe to stabilise the foot and adjust elevation. Each rail locates with a stabilising peg and fastens through an attachment hole into pre-drilled EDSS shoes, allowing quick, controlled changes to the support set-up. Each packet contains two pairs each of small, medium and large rails - two pairs of rails being enough to fit one pair of shoes - so a single pack gives the farrier a full range of elevations to work with across a treatment.
