GE 12" Half Round Nipper

The GE 12-inch Half Round Nipper was originally developed for clip placement work but has proven itself invaluable for accessing tight or awkward areas of the hoof that straight-jawed nippers struggle to reach. The rounded jaw head allows it to work its way around the shoe profile and into areas where a conventional nipper simply cannot be positioned. The perfect arc of the GE Half Round design allows the farrier to adjust the size of cut by varying the position of the tool, giving greater control over the amount of hoof removed with each cut. A useful secondary nipper for any farrier who regularly encounters difficult-to-access sections of hoof wall and wants a tool designed specifically to solve that problem.
