Hospital inspection pads are fitted to protect the sole while a foot is under treatment, with a removable centre plate that allows the vet or owner to access, clean and treat the foot without pulling the shoe. Once the foot has been attended to, the inspection plate is simply replaced, keeping the sole covered and the treatment site clean between sessions. Available in two sizes: the small plate measures 5 1/2" wide by 6 3/4" long with a 3" x 3 1/2" central inspection opening, and the large plate measures 6" wide by 7 1/2" long with a 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" opening. A practical solution for abscesses, punctures and other conditions that need repeated access to the solar surface during recovery.
