Imprint Hoof Repair Granules

Imprint Hoof Repair Granules are a thermoplastic structural repair material that becomes fully mouldable when heated and cures to the texture, strength, and flexibility of natural hoof horn. The granules are heated until workable, then shaped and applied to the repair site before cooling and hardening in place. The material is primarily used for hoof crack repairs and for fabricating bespoke shoe extensions, offering the farrier precise control over the shape and bulk of the repair. The white formula has a low-temperature quick-set behaviour and performs well even in wet conditions, making it a practical choice in a British yard environment where dry hooves are not always guaranteed. Because the finished repair closely resembles natural horn in both appearance and mechanical properties, it integrates well with the surrounding hoof wall and holds up under the demands of regular work.
