Jim Blurton Carry Pritchel

The Jim Blurton Carry Pritchel is a handheld pritchel used to carry the hot shoe from the fire to the foot for fitting, holding the shoe securely through a nail hole so it can be presented accurately to the hoof. It is made from S1 tool steel, an air-hardening tool steel which keeps its point and is easily maintained. A forge essential from the Jim Blurton tool range, made to the standards expected of a World Champion farrier's own tools.
