Jim Keith was a world-renowned farrier for over fifty years, an International Horseshoeing Hall of Fame inductee who competed internationally for four decades and was one of America's outstanding clinicians. He made most of his own personal tools throughout his career, and after a fourteen-year farrier science teaching career began manufacturing them from Tucumcari, New Mexico.
