Jon Atkinson Roadster/Standard Fuller

Jon Atkinson's roadster/standard fuller — a design refined over many years and widely regarded as one of the best fullers available. The blade is positioned to give clear visibility of the steel in use and maximum power transfer when struck, and it arrives set up ready to use straight out of the pack. The head is forged from hot-work, shock-resistant H13 tool steel for strength and excellent durability, with the eye countersunk so the head stays tight on the shaft for longer. Supplied un-mounted with a 17" kiln-dried hickory shaft and a spare rubber patch, so the head can be fitted for left or right handed use and re-attached if you swap over.
