Kerckhaert Classic Lateral Heel Extension

The Kerckhaert Classic Lateral Heel Extension is a therapeutic hind shoe built on the Kerckhaert Classic concave pattern with a lateral heel extension added by Stromsholm, Kerckhaert's UK distributor. The extension widens the base of support on the lateral heel, and is typically used to address medio-lateral imbalance, limb deformity or collapsed lateral heels, giving the limb a wider, more supportive landing platform on that side. The underlying shoe carries the traditional English Classic features: a steel concave section with full crease and inner bevel for grip, clean nail holes with correct nail angle, and solid Radius clips. Having the extension pre-welded saves forge time when a set-down or extended lateral heel is prescribed. We stock clipped hinds in size 0 and 1 (22x10 section) and size 4 (25x11 section).
