Kerckhaert Comfort Sport

The Kerckhaert Comfort Sport is a premium steel horseshoe built specifically for sport horses, combining everyday durability with design features that enhance both performance and comfort. It features a slightly thicker and wider heel section than the original Comfort model for additional support, a rolled toe and branches for improved breakover, built-in sole relief to reduce pressure on the solar surface, and a V-crease nail fit for a more secure nail hold. The shoe is pre-marked for drilling traction devices in the heel area, making stud fitting straightforward for farriers working with horses competing on grass or varied surfaces. The Kerckhaert Comfort Sport is well suited to horses in dressage, show jumping, eventing, and hunting where both the quality of movement and the durability of the shoeing are performance factors. The Steel Comfort Sport has a slightly thicker and wider heel than the original Steel Comfort. It features a rolled toe and branches, built in sole relief and a V-crease that provides a more secure nail fit to hold shoes better. The Shoe is already marked to drill for traction devices in the heel area with fully boxed and safed heels. It provides good breakover, a bevelled inside web that promotes cleanout and clips between the second and third nail holes. It is punched for E-head, Hybrid and 5 Combo nails; offers a five-nail pattern for extra nailing options and is available in sizes 3×0-4; front pattern.
