The Liberty ASV nail is engineered with an American-style head profile that makes it particularly well suited to aluminium sport shoes and lightweight steel plates with a U-fullered nail hole. The slightly smaller, flatter head sits snugly and with minimal play, providing precise control during driving and a clean finish at the surface of the shoe. Widely used by competition and racing farriers who work regularly with aluminium shoes, the ASV offers a secure, consistent result without the bulk of a standard E-head nail. The Liberty ASV is manufactured at the Royal Kerckhaert Horseshoe Factory to the same exacting standards as the rest of the Liberty nail range.
