Mustad ComfortMix Hoof Repair Black is a fast-setting structural repair adhesive designed for gluing on shoes and carrying out hoof wall repairs where a dark colour finish is required. The black-coloured formula allows repairs to blend naturally with dark-pigmented hooves for a more discreet finished appearance. It bonds to steel, aluminium and plastic shoes and adheres to a clean, dry hoof wall, setting in approximately one minute and reaching full hardness within five minutes. The rapid cure time makes it practical for busy shoeing sessions and reduces the hold time required before the horse can bear weight. Well suited to gluing on shoes of all types, repairing wall defects, and small to medium hoof reconstructions.
