Mustad Rose Foal Shoe

The Mustad Rose Foal Shoe is a versatile glue-on foal shoe designed by industry expert Rose-Marie Clark. Supplied as a one-size shoe that fits all foal hooves, it saves van space and avoids the problem of odd, part-used sizes, while its adjustable design allows the shoe to be tailored to the individual foot. The shoe is designed to be glued in place quickly and easily with Mustad Superbond, avoiding nailing into thin, immature foal hoof wall. It gives farriers and vets a practical platform for fabricating corrective shoes for foals with angular and flexural limb deformities, where early, well-timed intervention makes the biggest difference to the outcome.
