Ollov Soft Step with Stud Holes

The Ollov Soft Step is a Swedish-made rubber horseshoe built around a 6mm steel core. The rubber shell absorbs shock and micro-vibrations, making every stride more comfortable for horse and rider — a clear advantage on asphalt, stony tracks and other hard going, and well suited to extensive road work and to horses or riders with back issues. Rollover is built into both toe and heel, and the nail holes are positioned to suit most regular nails. Designed with the barefoot hoof as the reference point, the shoe's sliding phase on most surfaces is much closer to the unshod hoof than that of a steel shoe, preserving the horse's natural movement while the rubber preserves natural blood flow within the hoof. The excellent grip adds security in the stable and when loading or travelling. With more than 20 years of use in rehabilitation, the Soft Step is an outstanding choice for horses recovering from back, leg and hoof problems, and for horses with poor hoof quality.
