It gives exceptional grip on drills and taps, making it excellent for difficult tapping work in both blind and through holes. Suitable for all kinds of steels and stainless steels, it is a workshop staple for farriers drilling and tapping shoes for studs and plugs — keeping taps cutting cleanly and extending tool life.
