The Paniolo Sole Support is a mouldable hoof support pad that shapes itself to each horse's foot contours and supports the sole. It is designed for instant relief in laminitis cases, reducing traction on the inflamed laminae that bond the hoof wall to the pedal bone, and for reducing sole pressure in horses with soft or sensitive soles. It also earns its keep as an emergency and management tool: protecting the foot when a shoe has been lost until the farrier can attend, cushioning horses travelling long distances by trailer or plane, supporting the loaded opposite limb pre- and post-surgery, and easing corns and stone bruises with or without a shoe in place. The support can be glued to the sole with or without a shoe and remain in use for up to three weeks, giving instant relief to horses that are normally footy after shoeing. Available in Extra Small to Large.
