Shoeing Lab CS is a copper sulphate-infused pad packing material designed for the targeted management of thrush and frog infections, using the same antimicrobial active ingredient found in Vettec Equi-Pak CS but in the Shoeing Lab cartridge format. The copper sulphate infusion creates an active barrier against the bacteria responsible for thrush, making the CS a proactive choice for horses in wet conditions or those with a history of persistent frog disease. It bonds directly to the sole, eliminating the need for daily manual medication applications and keeping the active material in contact with the frog throughout the shoeing cycle. Available in both 180ml and 200ml cartridges to suit different dispensing systems. A clinically considered product for farriers who want to integrate thrush management directly into the shoeing process.
