Stromsholm DIP drive-in plugs are designed for roadwork. They are driven into the shoe by the farrier and remain in place for the life of the shoe, giving a permanent, low-profile grip on hard surfaces without the daily routine of screwing studs in and out. Like the DI drive-in stud, the DIP is ideal for hacking, hunting and all driving activities where horses are regularly on the roads. Fitted at shoeing, the plugs wear with the shoe and are renewed with each new set. Available in 3/8" and 5/16" sizes, supplied in boxes of 50 (Stromsholm product code 746-0001-531).
