Stromsholm DI drive-in studs are designed for roadwork. Unlike screw-in competition studs, they are driven into the shoe by the farrier and stay in place for the life of the shoe, giving constant grip on the roads with no daily fitting or removal. They are ideal for hacking, hunting and all driving activities, where horses spend long hours on tarmac and a permanent, hard-wearing road stud is the practical choice. Fitted at shoeing, they wear with the shoe and are replaced at the next set. Available in 3/8" and 5/16" sizes, supplied in boxes of 50 (Stromsholm product code 746-0001-536). Single 3/8" inserts are also stocked.
