Stromsholm Type EL Studs

Stromsholm Type EL screw-in studs are the classic road stud for everyday work, suitable for hacking, hunting and all road work. The low-profile head gives extra grip and wear on tarmac without unbalancing the foot, and the long-lasting tungsten core keeps the stud biting long after plain steel would have worn smooth. Because the EL shares the standard Stromsholm thread, it interchanges directly with jumping and polo studs, so shoes tapped for EL road studs can be switched over for competition days without any rework. Studs are fitted to tapped stud holes in the shoe and removed or swapped as the work demands. Available in 3/8" and 5/16" threads, supplied either as a refill pack of 4 or a trade box of 50 (Stromsholm product code 746-0002-501).
