Swan Flame Failure Sensor Thermocouple Wire

The Swan flame failure sensor thermocouple wire is a safety spare for the Swan Porta-Forge range, designed to prevent gas escaping if the forge flame goes out. Inside the copper wire is a wax that heats up while the forge is alight, allowing gas to flow freely to the burner. If the flame is accidentally extinguished, the wax cools and re-hardens, shutting off the gas supply and preventing a dangerous build-up of gas inside the forge or the van. A straightforward replacement part that keeps this important safety feature working as intended. Other Swan spares, including the piezo igniter, spark plug, spark plug lead and pressure gauge, are also available.
