The Visani Broad Toe Suspensory Hind is designed to reduce dorsiflexion of the fetlock on soft surfaces by allowing the toe to float rather than penetrate the ground. With a wide-web toe and narrow, concaved heels in a 10mm thickness, it limits toe sink-in, relieves the suspensory apparatus and shifts load towards the deep digital flexor tendon. The plain stamped configuration keeps traction to a minimum, which makes the shoe ideal for follow-up treatment of suspensory injuries or for horses showing poor performance in soft footing. A sports and therapeutic pattern suited to dressage, show jumping, three-day eventing and endurance horses working on soft going.
