Visani Straight Bar Front

The Visani Straight Bar Front is a sports and orthopaedic bar shoe made from 25mm x 7mm mild steel. The straight bar increases the bearing area of the shoe, limiting sink-in on soft going, and depending on heel height can also increase bearing on the frog. By improving comfort and protection at the back of the foot, this shoe is invaluable for sheared heels and horn bulb torsion cases. It is made with thin clips and the recommended nail is an E-Slim pattern. A ready-made straight bar for show jumping and dressage horses that saves fabrication time at the forge.
